Emily Mahon – Partner

EmilyEmily has gained particular experience in District Court Practice and Personal Injuries Litigation from PIAB applications to High Court proceedings from a plaintiff and defence perspective. Emily also works in Probate and Administration of Wills, advising clients on drafting their wills and administering estates. Emily also has extensive experience in residential conveyancing and Landlord and Tenant law.

Emily is a member of the Midland Solicitors Bar Association, having previously served as Treasurer from 2013 – 2015. Emily was appointed Deputy Coroner for Co. Westmeath in 2020.
