Brian J. Mahon – Partner

Brian qualified as a solicitor in 1971 having served his apprenticeship under his late father Seamus, before taking over the practice in 1976.

Brian specialises in the areas of local authority law, residential and commercial conveyancing and wills, probate, and the administration of estates. Brian has been County Solicitor to Offaly for the past 40 years.

Brian was Acting County Coroner for County Offaly from 1997 – 2018 and is a former Chairman of the Midland Solicitors Bar Association.
